Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Doc Hog’s. 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for: 

  • Wrong sizes ordered.
  • Wrong colors/variants ordered.
  • "Changed my mind" or general dissatisfaction. 

2. Refund or Exchange for Manufacturing Errors or Damages

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, we are happy to provide a replacement for exchange or refund. 

To be eligible for a exchange or refund, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery. 

How to Report an Issue
To initiate a claim for a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@dochogs.com.au with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photo proof clearly showing the damage or manufacturing error (e.g., photo of the item, photo of the error, photo of the packaging if damaged). 

Once we review your case and approve it, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original method of payment. 

3. Size Exchanges for Ready to Wear

we offer a limited size exchange option under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • You are responsible for all postage costs, including:

    • Returning the original item to us.

    • Having the replacement size resent to you.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will notify you and discuss alternatives (exchange for another item or store credit — no refunds).

  • The clothes must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Or you can visit our store for an exchange

To request a size exchange:
Email us at info@dochogs.com.au with your order number, the size you received, and the size you need. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Exceptions
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange, even for manufacturing errors.
