PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM on a business day will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently only ship within Australia.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
You can view the shipping cost for your order during checkout before completing your purchase.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number(s)
- Carrier information
- Link to track your package
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@dochogs.com.au
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER UPDATES
You will receive:
- Order Confirmation – Immediately after placing your order
- Shipping Confirmation – When your order ships (includes tracking)
- Delivery Confirmation – When your package is delivered
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or labor disputes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customer
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
- Events outside our reasonable control
If significant delays are expected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

INCORRECT ADDRESS

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise noted.
PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS
Pre-orders: For items available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. Your payment method will be charged at the time of pre-order.
Backorders: If an item you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
RETURNS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY
If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" or "unclaimed," we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Refunds for undelivered orders will be issued minus actual shipping costs (both outgoing and return shipping) after [30] days if we cannot reach you or you decline reshipping.

LOCAL PICKUP
We offer free local pickup at 3 Cummins Dr, Somerton, VIC 3062. You will receive an email when your order is ready (typically within 24 hours). Please bring your order confirmation and ID when picking up.
